Data we collect

We only collect the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form: your name, phone number, email, company name, the service you need, and your message. We do not automatically collect any other personal data.

How we use your data

Data submitted through the form is used exclusively to respond to your inquiry and provide the requested service. We do not sell your data or share it with any third party for marketing purposes.

Local storage

The website stores your dark/light mode preference on your device only (Local Storage) to improve your experience. We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising.

Third-party services

The website uses a limited set of external services to power certain features: Google Maps (showing our office location), WhatsApp (direct contact button), a form-handling service, and Google Fonts. These services are governed by their providers' own privacy policies. Links to external websites do not imply our endorsement of their content.

Learning portal (members)

If you are a learning portal member, we store your email, name and company, an encrypted password that not even we can read, your subscription expiry date, and the courses granted to you. We also record limited usage data: your last sign-in, which lessons you watched and for how long — to track your progress and to protect the content from unauthorised redistribution. One active session is allowed per account, and your email is shown as a watermark while a video plays. This data is deleted when your account is deleted.

Comments and ratings: if you post a comment under a lesson, its text and your name (or the first part of your email if no name is on file) are visible to other members of that course. You can delete your own comment at any time, and we may remove any comment that breaches acceptable use. Your star rating is stored against your account but is only shown to others inside the overall average, never attributed to you.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing us at info@atc-bh.com.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time; the date of the latest update is shown at the top of this page. Continuing to use the website after any change means you accept the updated policy.
